Choose your own adventure! That's the beauty of our private tours. Choose one if you find your schedule limited, or choose more and create your very own personal Yellowstone experience. Choices are listed below, whether you are interested in wildlife, geology, geysers, or hiking, we have an option for you!

Our tours are tailored to your group's activity level, and all tours include an optional walk or hike. You'll be with a expert naturalist who will help to make the most of your visit. Our guides are friendly, knowledgeable, and offer great advice for the rest of your trip as well.

Private tours include, an expert guide, in-park transportation, high powered spotting scopes and snacks. Lunch is not included, but can be added for an extra fee. Availability is very limited, early advance reservations are highly recommended.

Our high quality private tours are all hosted by the Yellowstone Association, Yellowstone National Park's primary non-profit educational partner.

Private Wild Life Safari

Departs at 7 a.m.

Our wild life safari, but nice and cozy with just your group and your very own guide! Explore "America's Serengeti" and discover the Animals of Yellowstone National Park on a guided learning adventure. You will spend 6-8 hours with an expert naturalist guide in the Northern Range of Yellowstone including watching and learning about animal behavior. Starts as 7 a.m., availability does vary and is quite limited. Give us a call soon to secure your preferred dates.

Natural History and Geology: Yellowstone Lake and Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

Departs at 7 a.m.

Yellowstone is full of natural wonders, this includes it's amazing geology! You'll explore the natural and geologic history of the Yellowstone Lake Area, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and you'll even get the opportunity to search for wildlife in the nearby, bison hot spot of Hayden Valley.

Geysers, Mudpots, and Hot Springs: Old Faithful Area

Have you been wondering what makes Old Faithful tick, or how in the world those mudpots bubble and groan? Well, here is your chance to find out what is going on underneath Yellowstone that makes it the center of the world's greatest concentration of hydrothermal features.

Day Hiking in Yellowstone

Do you want to be part of the small percentage each year who actually get off the road at Yellowstone? Suprisingly most people never step foot off the roads and boardwalks in Yellowstone, but there is so much more to see. When you hike with our guides you'll have the chance to see more of the beautifully preserved Yellowstone National Park. You may even encounter some wild life along the way!

Private Tour Cancellation Policy

Total amount of the trip is due at the time of reservation. However, trip will be fully refunded if cancellation is made up to 60 days in advance of the trip date. If the trip is cancelled less than 60 days in advance of the date of the trip the deposit is forfeited.

Trips cancelled less than 60 days prior to original trip date may reschedule without penalty by September 30th of the same year. Any money forfeited does count as a tax deductible donation to the Yellowstone Association.
